Shipping & Delivery
Delivery takes 2-4 days to the UK, and usually 2-5 days to other European countries. Worldwide shipping times vary.
We process your order within 24 hours on working days.
Typical delivery times:
- UK, Austria, Switzerland: 2-4 working days
- Germany: 1-3 working days
- France, Italy, Spain: 2-5 working days
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is even free to many European countries like the UK, France, and Italy.
If you are ordering to a country not on our free shipping list, the specific shipping costs will be shown transparently in the shopping cart.
For packages, you will receive a tracking link via email. Smaller orders are often sent without tracking, but we will still notify you when they ship. Please check your shipping confirmation for details.
Whether tracking is available depends on the shipping method and size of your order:
- With Tracking: For standard packages, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email as soon as the goods leave our warehouse. You can also find the link in your customer account.
- Without Tracking: Smaller orders are often shipped as letters or small parcels. Tracking is not available for these, but we will still inform you via email once your order is on its way.

Yes, shipping is completely free to the UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, and Belgium.
We cover the shipping costs for orders to the listed countries. For all other countries, a small shipping fee will be calculated and displayed directly in your shopping cart.
We mainly ship with Deutsche Post, DHL, and DPD. For international deliveries, we usually work with local postal services.
In Spain, we also use Correos. We choose the carrier that ensures the most reliable delivery to your location.
Yes, absolutely. You can enter a delivery address that is different from your billing address at checkout without any restrictions.
This is convenient if you want to send the item as a gift or have it delivered to your workplace.
Our dispatch team works from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on the weekend are processed on the next working day (usually Monday).
We work hard to get your weekend order on its way as soon as the new week starts.
No problem: Many of our screen protectors are sent as letters and fit directly into your mailbox.
This means you often don't even need to be home to receive them. If it's a larger parcel, it will be left with a neighbor or at a pickup station as usual. You will be notified in that case.
Yes, we can deliver to pickup stations (e.g., DHL Packstation). Just enter the details during checkout.

Orders placed by 2 PM (CET) on working days are usually dispatched the same day.
Our logistics team works fast: If you order before 2 PM on a working day, we usually hand over your shipment to the carrier on the very same day.
