Returns, Claims & Support
We have local return addresses for many countries to save postage. Please contact support@bedifol.com for details.
Please do not send the package back to Germany immediately if you live abroad.
Write us a short email with your country and your order number. We will then let you know the cheapest and best return address.
We are sorry! Please write immediately to support@bedifol.com. We will send missing parts immediately and free of charge.
Mistakes can happen, even if we scan everything.
Briefly tell us your order number and which part is missing (e.g., "only received 1 of 2 films" or "cleaning cloth missing"). We will take care of a replacement immediately.
After receiving and checking your return, we usually refund the amount within 48 hours.
We use the same method for the refund as for your payment (e.g., PayPal, credit card).
As soon as the refund has been initiated, you will receive an automatic confirmation via email.
The fastest way: Return the wrong item and simply order the correct item again in the shop.
We do not offset orders directly against each other.
1. Return the unwanted item (we will refund your money).
2. Place a new order for the correct item.
This way, you receive your new goods the fastest.

Important: Please enclose the delivery note with the return or write down your order number clearly so that we can assign it.
For customers from abroad, we often have local return addresses. Drop us a line to ask for them.
You pay the costs for a cancellation (if you don't like it). For defects or errors, we cover the costs (usually via a return label).
If you simply do not like the product or ordered the wrong one, please pay for the return shipping yourself.
Is the product damaged or did we deliver the wrong item? Please contact our support – you will usually receive a free return label from us.
Please send us a photo of the defect via email to support@bedifol.com first. A return is often not necessary.
Please do not throw away the defective film yet, but do not send it back immediately either.
A photo clearly showing the damage is usually sufficient for us to offer you a replacement or refund quickly and easily.
Custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal as they are produced specifically for you. Warranty claims apply for defects, of course.
Since we cut custom-made products individually according to your specifications, we cannot take them back if you simply "don't like them".
However, if the film has a quality defect or does not fit (despite correct details), please contact our support for a solution.
Not necessarily, but the goods must be packed securely. However, the film itself must not have been already applied.
We accept returns even without the original envelope, as long as the product arrives intact.
Important: Once you have removed the protective film from the backing material or stuck it to the device, it is unfortunately excluded from cancellation.
You have 30 days to return your order to us. The period starts upon receipt of the goods.
We offer an extended return period of 30 days (instead of the statutory 14 days). Please ensure the goods reach us in time.
Informing our support team in advance helps speed up the process.
