Ordering & Payment
Changes are difficult as we ship quickly. It is best to cancel (by email) and order again.
Since our processes are automated, we often cannot add or exchange items.
Please send a cancellation request to support@bedifol.com and simply place a new order.
We will send you the invoice automatically by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
For the sake of the environment, we do not include a paper invoice in the package.
Please also check your spam folder if you cannot find the email after receiving the shipping confirmation.
Yes, as long as the order hasn't been shipped yet. Please email support@bedifol.com immediately.
We process orders very quickly (often within 24h). If you want to cancel:
- Check if you have already received a shipping confirmation.
- If not: Send an email to support@bedifol.com immediately.
After shipment, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can return the goods.
Yes, you can easily place an order without creating a customer account.
Simply select the "Order as guest" option during the checkout process.
However, a customer account offers benefits such as an overview of your previous orders and faster processing next time.
You can enter your voucher code directly in the shopping cart in the designated field.
You will find the field below the item list in the shopping cart. Click on "Redeem" after entering so that the discount is applied.
We accept PayPal, Credit Card (via PayPal), ApplePay, GooglePay, and prepayment by bank transfer.
You can pay securely and conveniently. We offer the following options:
- PayPal (incl. Credit Card & Direct Debit)
- ApplePay & GooglePay (for fast mobile payments)
- Prepayment (Bank transfer in advance)
Shipping takes place after receipt of payment.
No, we do not have a minimum order value. You can also order just a single film.
