Installation & Care
No, our films adhere mostly via silicone or adhesion and can be removed without residue.
If minimal marks remain, they can easily be wiped off with a cloth.
Carefully lift the film with a strip of adhesive tape and dab the dust away with a second strip.
Avoid touching the adhesive side with your fingers. Standard adhesive tape works perfectly for this trick.
Remove all grease and dust with a microfiber cloth. The screen must be absolutely clean.
Stubborn stains can be removed with some glass cleaner. Make sure no lint remains.
Yes, as long as the adhesive side remains clean, you can correct and reposition the film.
If dust gets on the adhesive side, clean it carefully with adhesive tape (dabbing).
Push the bubbles out to the side with a card. Small remaining bubbles often disappear after 24 hours.
Push from the center to the edge with moderate pressure. Stubborn bubbles can be removed by briefly lifting the film.
Many screens are curved at the edges. The film only adheres to the flat area and is intentionally smaller.
If the film went to the edge, it would peel off there. For complete coverage, we offer special 'Full-Cover' or 3D films.
Simply wipe it with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh cleaning agents.
The coating is durable, but aggressive chemicals could damage it over time.
Yes, the films are designed so that touch sensitivity is not affected.
Some smartphones have a setting to 'increase touch sensitivity' if you notice any difference.
A microfiber cloth for cleaning and a plastic card (e.g., credit card) as a squeegee are sufficient.
Wrap the card in the cloth to avoid scratching the film. Special liquids are not necessary for our films.
