Please check your email spelling and password. Pay attention to case sensitivity.
Often spaces sneak in when copying the email address.
If nothing works, use the 'Forgot password' function.
No, you can easily order as a guest. An account is not mandatory.
The guest account does not permanently save your data for future purchases.
However, if you want to track the status of your order, a customer account is helpful.
Simply click on 'Forgot password' at the login page. We will send you a reset link.
The link will be sent to your registered email address.
Please also check your spam folder if the email does not arrive immediately.
You can delete your account yourself directly in the 'My User Data' section.
Please note: Deleting your account means losing access to your order history.
Open orders should be completed before deletion.
Log in and go to your account. There you can manage all addresses and your email.
Changes to the delivery address only affect future orders.
For orders already placed but not yet shipped, please contact our support.
In your customer account you will find all orders from the last 2 years.
The overview includes details on products, prices, and shipping status.
Older orders are archived for data protection reasons and are no longer visible there.
No, orders are only linked to your account after you have registered.
Guest orders are not automatically assigned to a subsequently created account for data protection reasons.
Therefore, keep the order confirmation of your guest order safe.
You have access to your order history and can checkout faster next time.
Your address data is already stored, which avoids typos.
You also have a better overview of the status of your current deliveries.
Subscription is usually in the footer. You can unsubscribe via the link in every newsletter.
The unsubscribe link is at the very bottom of every email we send you.
After unsubscribing, you will no longer receive promotional emails, but still order confirmations.

You can recognize the secure connection by the lock symbol in your browser's address bar.
We never pass on your data to third parties without authorization.
