For packages, you will receive a tracking link via email. Smaller orders are often sent without tracking, but we will still notify you when they ship. Please check your shipping confirmation for details.
Whether tracking is available depends on the shipping method and size of your order:
- With Tracking: For standard packages, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email as soon as the goods leave our warehouse. You can also find the link in your customer account.
- Without Tracking: Smaller orders are often shipped as letters or small parcels. Tracking is not available for these, but we will still inform you via email once your order is on its way.

The monitor remains black for unwanted, sideways views starting at an angle of 30 degrees.
The filter has two sides: the matte side minimizes reflections and fingerprints, while the glossy side provides a more brilliant display. It is easy to install and can be removed without residue from the screen if necessary.
